Returns

When you buy from us you must inspect your delivery and notify us by email within five days if they are not as ordered. If you fail to do this then you will have deemed to have accepted the item. A reference number will be given to enable you to return the goods. Items will not be accepted without a reference number.

All damaged goods claims will be processed within 5 working days of notification, as will shortfalls in the order.

In the event that you ordered the wrong product, we will refund the cost of the item/s (less the initial delivery charge) when they are received back in a re-saleable condition. The cost of return postage will be paid by you.

All items returned must be repacked to the same standard as we used to send to you. Returned items that are damaged in transit due to poor packaging will not be refunded and will be held by us to dispose of at our discretion or returned to you when the appropriate postage is paid.

All returns must be sent back to us by registered post so that the delivery can be tracked.

Our guarantee covers manufacturer defects, repairs, or replacement. If the product has been used by the customer or the bottle or container damaged in any way then reserve the right to refuse a refund. E-Liquids will only be accepted for return if they are in a re-saleable condition, unopened and the tamper-proof protection remains intact.

Returns due to incompatibility or which appear not to work with particular hardware can be labelled as being faulty, but this is not usually the case. If the items are shown to be faulty after we have tested the products, you will be refunded for the full price of the goods at the time of purchase plus the returns postage charge. If however, the goods returned are only incompatible with your hardware then we will not refund the cost of postage, because the goods are not faulty. You must, therefore, check any compatibility information prior to purchase.

Goods must be returned to Ampura LTD – Returns Dept. 46 Oakfield Street, Altrincham, England, WA15 8HH (This is not our head office address and the premises does not allow visitors. All returns must be by post to be accepted)
